Most webpages are filled with images or
photo's. The advantage of this is helping the reader to understand
what is meant by a particular text. Images or photo's sometimes
have other purposes, too. They are used to attract attention.
This is why you will see many animated "banners" used for advertisements.
Below are examples of an illustration, a photograph, an animated
image, and also some text in the form of a moving "news flash".
An animation is made with different illustrations that are shown
quickly one right after the other. You can make your own animations
with a drawing or painting program, such as Paint Shop. |
